By accessing or using the services provided by Dribbliotv (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS), including the Refund Policy outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

2. Subscription and Access

• Minimum Term: The minimum commitment for any subscription plan is one (1) month.

• Account Sharing: Sharing your subscription credentials is strictly prohibited. Your account may be instantly suspended or terminated if sharing or excessive simultaneous connections are detected.

3. Refund Policy Integration

• General Rule: Access to our service is immediately granted upon purchase and is therefore generally non-refundable.

• Gold Subscription Guarantee: Only Gold Subscriptions are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee, as detailed in the separate Refund Policy. All other subscription packages (e.g., Lite Plan) are considered final sales.

• Termination without Refund: Dribbliotv reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account without a refund if any violation of these ToS is detected.

4. User Obligations

• Legal Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dribbliotv be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.
